BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to amend a contract with the
Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO) in the amount of
$200,000 for the development of rental property to reflect the homes as lease-purchase
properties, and to allocate an additional $20,000 from the 2001 HOME CHDO Reserve
funds, in order to cover increased costs for materials and code requirements.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
June, 2003.
