BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Family
Services of Southeast Texas in the amount of$350,000 from 2002 HOME funds,to assist
with renovations at its transitional housing facility.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
June, 2003.
