BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves amending the contract awarded to Southeast
Texas Community Development Corporation (SETCDC) in Resolution No. 03-016 passed
January 14, 2003 in the amount of$345,000 from the 2001 HOME CHDO Reserve funds.
The contract is amended effective August 15, 2003 to be funded in the amount of
$345,000 from the 2003 HOME CHDO Reserve allocation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of June,
2003.
