ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE 60' x 140'
PORTION OF 14TH STREET FROM THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-
WAY LINE OF PECOS STREET 140' NORTH TO THE
EXISTING SOUTH LINE OF THE EXISTING ALLEY IN THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 60'x 140' portion of 14' Street from the north right-o#--way line of Pecos Street
140'north to the existing south line of the existing alley as shown below and on Exhibit"A"
attached hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned:
Being a 60' x 140' portion of 14th Street, lying between the
north right-of-way line of Pecos Street and the south
right-of-way line of the alley in Block 29, Van Wormer 2"d
Addition, containing 0.19 acres, more or less
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 201'day of May,
2003.
