WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of personal computers for various
city departments; and,
WHEREAS, Gateway Co., Inc. of North Sioux City, South Dakota, submitted a bid
in the amount of$55,553.35 as shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gateway Co.,
Inc. of North Sioux City, South Dakota should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gateway Co., Inc. of North Sioux City, South Dakota for the
purchase of personal computers in the amount of$55,553.35 for various city departments
as shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of May,
2003.
