BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby authorized to sign the permit
application for renewal of the City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES) Permit which will be issued as a Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(TPDES) Permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of May,
2003.
