WHEREAS, bids were received for lightbars for the Police Department's patrol
vehicles; and,
WHEREAS,All America Sales Corporation, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$1,896.23 each for a total amount of$32,235.91; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by All America
Sales Corporation, Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by All America Sales Corporation, Houston, Texas, in the amount
of$1,896.23 each for a total amount of$32,235.91 for seventeen (17)Code 3 LED X2100
police vehicle lightbars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of May,
2003.
