BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the
State of Texas and the Texas Department of Transportation to maintain Traffic Signal
Preemption Devices at thirty-one (31) locations.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of May,
2003.
