BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the
amount of $2,256,555.75 with Allco, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, for the Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation of Small Diameter Mains Contract-VIII.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of May,
2003.
