BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to file a grant application and
execute a grant agreement with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA)to receive Capital
and Operating Assistance funds to partially fund the operation of the Beaumont Municipal
Transit System for the Fiscal Year 2003.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
April, 2003.
