BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the renewal of an annual fire, flood and
earthquake property insurance policyfrom Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk
Pool in the amount of$114,987 with an effective date of May 1, 2003.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
April, 2003.
