WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase of air, oil
and fuel filters for use by the Fleet Management Division; and,
WHEREAS, Mott Supply submitted a bid at 51%discount off the distributor's pricing
in the prices shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mott Supply in
amounts shown should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mott Supply for an annual contract for the purchase of air, oil
and fuel filters at the prices shown for use by the Fleet Management Division be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of April,
