WHEREAS, the Council has conducted a workshop to review the 2003 Public
Services/Public Facilities and Improvements and Emergency Shelter grant applications;
and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to make allocations under the 2003 Action Plan,
thereby adopting the final 2003 Action Plan of the Consolidated Block Grant Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following amounts be and the same are hereby allocated to the following
organizations:
