BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest on the tax accounts listed on attached Exhibit "A" be and
are hereby waived pursuant to Section 33.011 of the Texas Property Code as each
taxpayer's failure to pay was caused by 'an act or omission of an officer, employee, or
agent of the taxing unit.'
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of April,
2003.
