BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract between the
City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization
(BCHDO) in the amount of$200,000 for the construction of three (3) new homes that will
be leased to low/moderate income families.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
March, 2003.
