BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract between the
City of Beaumont and the Southeast Texas Community Development Corporation, Inc.
(SETCDC) in the amount of$350,000 for the construction of ten (10) new homes that will
be sold to low/moderate income families.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
March, 2003.
