BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to deed the Dick Dowling school
site to the Southeast Texas Community Development Corporation, Inc. (SETCDC) to
provide affordable housing to low/moderate income families.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
March, 2003.
