BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to deed properties at 740 Prairie
and 760 Prairie to the Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO)
to provide affordable housing to low/moderate income families.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
March, 2003.
