WHEREAS, bids were received for a six (6)-month contract to purchase lubricants
for the Fleet Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, Sun Coast Resources, Inc. submitted a bid in the unit prices shown
below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Sun Coast
Resources, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Sun Coast Resources, Inc. for a six (6)-month contract to
purchase lubricants for the Fleet Maintenance Division at the unit prices shown above be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
March, 2003.
