WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1) year contract to purchase corrugated
polyethylene pipe for use by the Public Works Department, Streets and Drainage Division;
and,
WHEREAS, Moore Supply Co., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid at the unit costs
shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moore Supply
Co., Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore Supply Co., Beaumont, Texas, for the purchase of
corrugated polyethylene pipe in the unit amounts shown above be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
February, 2003.
