BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Beaumont Products and Services, Inc.for providing litter removal services on City rights-of-
way and other specified areas in the amount of$11.85 per hour, per person.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
February, 2003.
