BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept grant funding in
the amount of $10,000 from Southwest Texas State University, Center for State
Communities and Schools to conduct a pilot tobacco enforcement program in the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day
of February, 2003.
