BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a lease
agreementwith Star Enterprise c/o Chevron Environmental Management Company,
through their agent BNC Environmental Services, Inc., for the installation of a
groundwater monitoring well on City property, out of Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Calder
Highlands Addition (Fire Station #4) 80.0 feet from Gladys Avenue and 20.0 feet
from West Lucas Drive, as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11 th day
of February, 2003.
