BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)for the construction of a traffic signal at the
intersection of FM364 (Major Drive) and Walden Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
February, 2003.
