WHEREAS, Jefferson Triangle Marine L.P. has conveyed a six(6)foot wide water
line easement to the City of Beaumont out of the Pelham Humphrey League, Abstract 32,
and across the Jefferson Triangle Marine property, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto;
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said tract and is of
the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said tract is necessary and desirable and that
same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the tract conveyed by Jefferson Triangle Marine L.P. is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
February, 2003. -4'
