BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No. 02-096 passed by the City Council April 30, 2002, which extended
the coverage date to grant certain insurance and pay benefits for an additional 180 days
to employees called to active duty is hereby amended to extend the coverage date an
additional 180 days effective from the date of this resolution.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
January, 2003.
