BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a Takeover
Agreement between the City of Beaumont and Bituminous Casualty Corporation and Old
Republic Surety Company for the completion of the construction of the 5 MG Clearwell and
High Service/Filter Backwash Pump Station.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
January, 2003.
