BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont hereby approves the re-adoption, with no
significant modifications, of the currently adopted Land Use Plan Element of the
Comprehensive Plan, and its accompanying "Development Strategies Plan" as set forth in
Exhibit"A,"with no significant modifications, and re-adoption of the currently adopted Major
Street& Highway Plan "Map"and accompanying "Appendix A"defining street and highway
development standards of the plan as set forth in Exhibit "B," all of which are components
of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
January, 2003.
