BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Habitat
for Humanity to provide down payment and closing costs assistance up to seven (7)
homes in the Pinebrook Unit Two Subdivision in the amount of$50,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
January, 2003.
