BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1) year contract for purchasing cement
stabilized base for use by the Public Works Department, Streets and Drainage Division;
and,
WHEREAS,Trinity Aggregate Distribution submitted a bid at the unit cost of$14.95
per ton; and,
WHEREAS,City Council is of the opinion thatthe bid submitted by Trinity Aggregate
Distribution should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Trinity Aggregate Distribution for a one (1) year contract for
purchasing cement stabilized base for use by the Public Works Department, Streets and
Drainage Division at the unit cost of$14.95 per ton be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
January, 2003.
