BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1)year contract for purchasing tower rock
for use by the Public Works Department, Streets and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, APAC-Texas submitted a bid at the unit cost of$15,00 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by APAC-Texas
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by APAC-Texas for a one (1) year contract for purchasing
purchasing tower rock for use by the Public Works Department, Streets and Drainage
Division at the unit cost of $15.00 per ton be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
January, 2003.
