BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Craig Lively be appointed and elected as City Magistrate of the
City of Beaumont for a term of two (2) years commencing on January 7th , 2003.
Compensation shall be at the rate of$250 per session.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
January, 2003.
