BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of $34,544.35 for an annual software support agreement for a Motorola Mobile Data
Communication System (MDC) installed in the City's Police, Fire and Emergency Medical
Service vehicles.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 17th day of
December, 2002.
