BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Houston-Galveston Area Council(H-GAC)Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount
of$218,974.40 for the purchase of ninety-five (95) Motorola Model M01 MX mobile radios,
thirty-eight (38) Motorola Model HO1 QX portable radios and six(6) control stations for the
Police Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 17th day of
December, 2002.
