BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager is authorized to accept the proposal of North River Insurance
Company for excess workers' compensation coverage for a premium of $75,000 for the
first year effective January 1, 2003 with an option to renew two (2) additional years at the
same guaranteed rate.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 17th day of
December, 2002.
