WHEREAS, bids were requested for the Curb Ramp Installation Project; and,
WHEREAS, only one vendor, Brystar Contracting, Incorporated, submitted a bid in
the amount of $130,730; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brystar
Contracting, Incorporated should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brystar Contracting, Incorporated in the amount of$130,730
for the Curb Ramp Installation Project be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
December, 2002.
