BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Brystar
Contracting, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $934,800.50 for the proposed 20-
inch water line relocation at Major Drive (FM 364).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
November, 2002.
