BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the pledge by Hibernia National Bank of the
following security which will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank, Atlanta, effective
November 26, 2002.
