BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) 35-foot municipal
transit coach for the Beaumont Municipal Transit; and,
WHEREAS, Orion Bus Industries, Oriskany, New York, submitted a bid in the
amount of $299,900; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Orion Bus
Industries, Oriskany, New York, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Orion Bus Industries, Oriskany, New York, for the purchase of
one(1)Orion V model high floor CNG transit coach in the amount of$299,900 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
November, 2002.
