BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase fifty-two (52)
Motorola Model M01 MX mobile radios, ten (10) Motorola Model H01 QX portable radios
and three (3)control stations through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) in the
amount of$114,642.33.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
November, 2002.
