BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT THAT:
THAT James D. McNicholas be appointed and elected as Chief Magistrate of the
City of Beaumont for a term of two (2) years commencing on the date of this Resolution.
Compensation shall be at the rate of $300 for the first session with $250 for any
subsequent sessions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Guadalupe Flores and Theodore Johns be
appointed and elected as City Magistrates of the City of Beaumont for a term of two (2)
years commencing on the date of this Resolution. Compensation shall be at the rate of
$250 per session.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
November, 2002.
