BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to purchase one (1)2002 Ford F-
350 cab and chassis from Philpott Motor Company through the Houston-Galveston Area
Council (H-GAC) in the amount of$26,891.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
October, 2002.
