BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to amend the contract of$171,500
for the 2000 and 2001 HOME Program with the Beaumont Community Housing
Development Corporation (BCHDO) by allocating an additional $6,000 from the 1999
HOME CHDO Operating line item to pay for the cost of its annual audit, as per contract
requirements, and eligible costs associated with new construction.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
October, 2002.
