BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT effective October 1, 2002, the base wages of the City Attorney, Lane Nichols,
shall continue at the salary level as FY 2002. Additionally, contribution for retirement
shall continue at the same level as FY 2002.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
October, 2002.
