BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying the
following property to the Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization, Inc.
(BCHDO) for the construction of homes for the Neighborhood Revitalization Project as
described in Exhibit "A":
Lots 25 and 26, Block 12 of the Booker Heights Addition
(2620 - 2590 Harriot Street)
