WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has entered into an inter-local agreement to
participate in the public funds investment pool known as the Local Government Investment
Cooperative (LOGIC); and,
WHEREAS, "authorized representatives" are necessary under the agreement to
deposit money, withdraw money, and take other actions necessary or appropriate for the
investment of funds by the City of Beaumont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following officers/officials or employees of the City of Beaumont and are hereby
designated as the only"authorized representatives" within the meaning of the agreement
between the City of Beaumont and the Local Government Investment Cooperative:
