BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the release by Hibernia National Bank of the
following security which will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank, Atlanta, effective
February 13, 2002:
