BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest in the amount of $295.66 on the property acquired by
Magnolia Missionary Baptist Church be and it is hereby waived pursuant to Section
33.011(a)(2) of the Texas Property Code.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
February, 2002.
