RESOLUTION NO. 02-037 May ,200
WHEREAS, bids were received for a the purchase of one (1) 54,000 lb. track hoe
for the Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, CLM Equipment Co., Inc., Nederland, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$186,520; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by CLM Equipment
Co., Inc., Nederland, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by CLM Equipment Co., Inc., Nederland, Texas, for the purchase
of one (1) Kobelco Model SK250LC track hoe equipped with a Slashbuster brush cutter
in the amount of$186,520 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
