BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT City Manager is authorized to accept three(3) property tax payments in the total
amount of $2,922.96 and to waive the penalty and interest pursuant to Section
33.011(a)(2)of the Texas Property Code in the amount of$549.74 on these accounts
as shown in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
October, 2002.
